In a market still tied to cash, Deutsche Telekom set out to rethink digital payment. Our brief was clear: strengthen MyWallet and define the future of mobile payment. Starting from the full customer journey, we analysed the product, mapped behaviours and needs, and turned those insights into a more relevant and competitive mobile payment vision.

With MyWallet, Telekom launched one of Germany’s early digital payment solutions and created a flagship project that turned the smartphone into a wallet.
